Their weekly games and draws are run on behalf of the people who live in New York State and help to fund public education spending. In fact, New York Lottery has contributed $3.6 billion in lottery aid for FY21-FY22.

The popularity of New York Lottery’s games created major challenges for their team. Trying to stay on top of website traffic, ad campaigns and other marketing communications was time-consuming and their team felt they had no clear picture of their data.
