With clients across marketing, tourism, retail, cyber security, culture, medicare and more, Ivyhill are tracking a wide range of metrics. The Founder, Johanne, felt that they were constantly chasing their results and bouncing from different tools to gather data which became harder and more time-consuming as their customer base grew.

Juggling a Wide Range of Customers with Different Needs

Ivyhill manages a lot of clients who all have specific needs and preferred tools. As mentioned, their team offer a number of services, all of which have different key metrics that need to be tracked. These also vary from client to client. As well as this, each client has different measures of success, meaning their KPIs have to be tailored on an individual basis.


Their team was wasting time trying to stay on top of all their client's data using complex manual spreadsheets, a number of disparate third-party tools and other traditional processes. Not only did they need to track campaigns internally for key decision making but, they then had to translate this into a user-friendly format that their clients would understand.


“Quite often we work with clients on their social media which means tracking their individual social profiles. When monitoring Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok even for just one client, it’s a lot of data. So, times this by 3 or 4 and it can quickly become overwhelming before considering any other campaigns.”

Time-consuming Feedback Loops

With their wide range of marketing services, tracking KPIs for each client was becoming unmanageable. Especially, when their clients had different preferences on what they’d like to see and when they’d like to see it, whether that be weekly, monthly or quarterly.


Johanne mentioned that before Hurree, her team spent hours trying to pull together information for specific clients ensuring they could see progress.


“We wanted to keep clients in the loop regularly with how campaigns were performing. We knew being able to see actual results gave them confidence in the work”.

Hurree has given Ivyhill Digital the ability to build custom dashboards for each of their clients that include all the metrics they want to track. They have been able to set up different dashboards for each campaign keeping all their client data organised. This has made it simple to monitor progress, recognise trends and report across specific client campaigns and accounts. Rather than jumping in and out of multiple tabs and tools to gather information and subsequently adding this to a spreadsheet- all of their tools all connected to their Hurree account, automatically gathering the data they want to see.


“The fact the widgets update automatically was a game changer for us as previously we had to manually track metrics and work out percentage changes. We now have visual dashboards and KPIs to keep us on track.”

Support When They Needed It

A major benefit Johanne highlighted was the fact that support is always on hand when she needs it.


“Hurree was the first dashboard tool we tried so it was nice to have so much support readily available between the Hurree Academy and live chat”.


Although they found Hurree dashboards easy to set up and use, having the Academy to hand was helpful for watching simple how-to videos and getting guidance on features they weren’t as familiar with.
