How Riva AI became more personal and more proactive this year
This year has been a huge step forward for Riva AI. As more Hurree teams relied on AI summaries, we introduced a number of updates that make Riva more proactive, collaborative, and conversational.
Riva Suggests
Early in the year, we introduced Riva Suggests, our recommendation layer that sits inside both the AI summary interface and the Riva chatbot. Instead of simply reporting what happened, Riva analyzes the data in your Dashboards and highlights practical actions to improve performance. These suggestions are driven by real metrics, from identifying underperforming campaigns to recommending content or channel optimizations based on what is actually working. You can also ask for deeper context directly through Riva Chat, which explains the data behind each suggestion and shares relevant help articles and follow-up prompts to help turn insights into results.
Translate summaries across a global audience
A major milestone this year was the introduction of instant translation. You can now translate AI summaries into more than 150 languages from inside Hurree, enabling teams in different markets to access clear insights with no manual work.
Granular summaries on sections and Widgets
Another popular enhancement was the ability to request summaries at a section or Widget level. This gives you faster context for a specific part of a Dashboard without creating full-page summaries. It has been especially welcomed by larger teams that work across several product lines or regional dashboards.
Riva Chatbot grows with new skills
Across 2025, the Riva chatbot became a go-to place for support and data context. Ratings and voting are now built directly into the chat window, giving us valuable insight into the accuracy and usefulness of responses. Riva can also suggest follow-up questions and link directly to relevant resources, reducing the time spent searching through documentation. The feedback gathered here has already informed several improvements and will continue to influence our roadmap in 2026.
Predictive Analytics arrives in Hurree
One of the most significant steps forward this year was the release of Predictive Analytics on selected Visualizations. Riva now reviews historical data and provides a short-term view of what may happen next based on recent performance patterns. This feature is currently available for single numbers, line charts, and single bar charts, and will extend to additional Visualizations in the year ahead.
A monthly AI round-up in your inbox
To make AI insights even more accessible, we introduced a monthly AI email that brings together key highlights, benchmarking trends, and noteworthy changes across your Dashboards. It arrives at the start of the month and offers a quick Snapshot of what matters most, so teams can stay aligned without checking every Dashboard individually.
Together, these releases made Riva more insightful, more accessible, and more tailored to how real teams communicate. In 2026, we'll keep evolving Riva to be the most helpful AI analyst for your data insights.

Product updates that shaped Hurree in 2025.
Beyond the rapid pace of AI innovation, this year included a wave of platform improvements that focused on clarity, collaboration, and usability. Here are some of the product milestones that made a real difference for customers throughout 2025.
More ways to visualize and present data
We continued to expand our visual options this year, giving teams new ways to communicate performance and add context directly inside their Dashboards.
Pie charts have been added as a new Visualization, including support for Google Sheets data, label toggles, and preset colour themes.
Rich text Widgets introduced a simple way to add commentary, images, and guidance beside your charts.
Visual themes, Widget descriptions, manual Widget icons, and history views for single-number Widgets created a more tailored reporting experience.
Together, these upgrades focused on helping teams surface trends and tell clearer performance stories without exporting data or building external reports.
Clearer progress with Benchmark Indicators
Benchmark Indicators received a significant improvement with a new percentage view that shows how close you are to your targets in real time. This small but powerful visual cue helped teams react faster and understand performance without additional reporting.
Multi Axis Support
One of the most requested features this year was the ability to compare metrics with different scales in a single chart. Multi-axis support delivered precisely that, allowing dual Y axes on supported graphs. It has been beneficial for revenue tracking, traffic comparison, and multi-channel performance views.
Private dashboards made collaborative
Collaboration on private Dashboards became significantly easier with the option to tag and invite teammates directly. Instant notifications help conversations stay in context, rather than spread across multiple tools.
Better visibility with Snapshot Tracking
We introduced Snapshot tracking so you can see exactly who received a Dashboard, how it was sent, and whether it was viewed or still active. Clicking into historical Snapshots lets you review the exact version someone received, giving complete confidence when sharing data externally.
More control on the home screen
The home screen now gives you a clear overview of what matters most. You can view Snapshots that have been shared with you, see recently accessed Dashboards, keep track of pinned Widgets, and check notifications or account limits, all in one place. These improvements make it faster to navigate your data, reduce unnecessary clicks, and help teams stay aligned with less effort.
Productivity upgrades across the platform
Several practical improvements helped teams work quickly day to day.
One-off Snapshot scheduling for time-specific shares.
Bulk moving of Widgets between Dashboards.
Adding Dashboards to favourites for faster access.
Reordering Dashboards with simple drag and drop.
Hurree on desktop and mobile
To make everyday access even smoother, Hurree can now be installed as a desktop or mobile app. This allows you to jump straight into your Dashboards without relying on browser tabs and stay connected to performance, whether in a meeting or on the move.
